Everything that governs accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, gathered on one sheet.

1. Eligibility

To register and play you must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Whether online gambling is lawful in your country is for you to check.

2. Operator and licence

MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered in Costa Rica, runs Lucky Boom Casino and holds the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence. The terms are governed by the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One person, one account. Give correct details, and see that the account name equals the name on your payment method. Look after your login data.

• Accounts that share a name, a device or a payment method with another account can be closed with no warning.
• Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure among them, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Money you deposit must come from a payment instrument in your name. The minimum deposit is €20, rising to €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

• Per card: at most 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, and €10,000 a day or €15,000 a month in total.
• Balances in fiat and in crypto are held separately and cannot be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Every withdrawal comes after full KYC: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months, all with the same name. Under AML rules, deposited funds must have been wagered at least three times first.

• The smallest withdrawal is €40, and each request is checked within 2 business days.
• Winnings outside the jackpots are limited to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month, and jackpot wins have no cap.
• When a withdrawal is larger than the per-transaction limit of a method, it can be paid out in instalments.
• Until it is completed, a withdrawal can be taken back, and the funds return to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

A bonus has to be switched on in your profile before the qualifying deposit, because it cannot be added afterwards. Only one bonus can run at a time.

• The welcome package carries wagering of ×40, and the first live bonus ×15.
• While wagering, one bet can be at most €5 per spin or round, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots weigh in at 100%, live casino at 10%, while table games and video poker add nothing.
• No more than €10,000 can be won from bonuses overall, and the most to cash out after wagering is ten times the original bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal with a bonus running cancels that bonus and the bonus balance connected with it.

7. Dormant accounts

After six months in a row without activity, €10 a month is deducted for as long as the account still holds money.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus conditions and limits are open to change, so check the current terms before accepting an offer. Where a translation and the English version disagree, the English one wins.
