Limits, a pause, self-exclusion and independent places that listen when you need help.

18+

Lucky Boom is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica), licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, and its terms follow Anjouan law. The licence is offshore and not national, so be sure online gambling is legal where you live before you play.

Our commitment

Each page of Lucky Boom has an 18+ mark and a link to begambleaware.org. Stake only money you can afford to lose and never try to win losses back.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion: ask by email from your registered address; it is active within 24 hours and locks the account for at least 6 months.
• Cooling-off: a 7-day break, granted on request.
• Session awareness: watch how long you play and what you spend, and take breaks often.
• Parental control: advice on keeping devices and logins away from minors.

Know the signs

Think about stepping back, or reaching out, if you:

• play longer or spend more than you intended;
• borrow or skip obligations so that you can gamble;
• become restless or irritable when you cut back;
• keep your gambling secret from those near you.

Keeping control

• Fix a budget and a time limit before you begin.
• See gambling as paid entertainment and never as a source of income.
• Skip gambling whenever you feel upset, worn out or have had a drink.
• Take breaks often and look back over your transaction history.
